Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the pascolabs.com website and any product operated by Pasco Labs LLC (“Pasco Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The service

We provide software for scheduling and related business operations, including automated agents that can create, change, and cancel appointments on your instruction. Features change as the products develop. Kalendaryo is currently in active development, and we may modify or withdraw functionality during this period.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at allan@pascolabs.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Upload contact information you do not have permission to use, or send messages to people who have not consented to receive them.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt our systems, or access another customer's data.
• Reverse engineer the service, or resell it without our written agreement.
• Use the service to send unsolicited marketing.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules.

Your responsibilities around customer data

If you use our products to hold information about your own customers, you remain responsible for that information — for having a lawful basis to collect it, for obtaining consent before messaging anyone, and for responding to their requests about it. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your handling of it.

Automated agents

Our products use AI models to interpret requests and perform actions. Actions that create or change a record are confirmed before they run. Even so, automated systems can make mistakes, and you are responsible for reviewing your schedule and correcting errors. Do not rely on the service as the sole record for anything where an error would cause serious harm.

Fees

Where a product is offered on a paid basis, the price and billing period will be stated at signup. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before changing a price.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take it down for maintenance. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pasco Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid us nothing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, or discontinue a product with reasonable notice. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be notified to account holders.
