What we do

Software that does the work, not software that reports on it.

The last decade of small-business software mostly produced dashboards — tools that show you the work piling up and leave the work to you. What changed recently is that a program can now hold a normal conversation and act on it reliably enough to be trusted with a real customer.

That is the whole thesis of Pasco Labs. We build narrow, dependable products where an agent handles the routine end of an operation from start to finish, and a person steps in only where judgment is actually required.

Kalendaryo

In development

Booking and scheduling for appointment businesses, with an AI agent that handles the back-and-forth of getting someone into the calendar.

Customers book by talking to an agent in plain language instead of navigating a form. The shop gets a real calendar, staff schedules, and reminders that go out without anyone remembering to send them. In development now: the same agent answering enquiries that arrive through a website contact form or an embedded chat widget, so businesses without a booking page are covered too.

How it works

How we build

Four things we hold to.

Agents, not chat: A chatbot answers a question and hands the work back to you. Our agents complete the task — they check real availability, write to a real calendar, and send the confirmation. If it cannot finish the job, it says so and hands off to a person.
Narrow on purpose: Each product does one operational job completely rather than ten jobs partially. Scheduling is a different problem from invoicing, and software that pretends otherwise tends to be bad at both.
Confirmation before action: Anything that changes a customer record, takes a booking, or sends a message is confirmed before it happens. That check is enforced in code, not left to the model to remember.
We run what we build: These are products we operate, not one-off engagements. When something breaks at 8am on a Saturday, it is our problem.
