Pasco Labs LLC is a small software company. We design, build, and operate our own products rather than taking on contract work — which means the things we ship have to keep working, because we're the ones running them.

The focus is narrow on purpose: operational work inside small businesses. Scheduling, confirmations, the phone ringing during a haircut. This is unglamorous software, and it is exactly the kind of work that quietly eats a working week.

Our first product, Kalendaryo, came out of watching appointment businesses lose bookings for no better reason than nobody could get to the phone. It's in active development now.

We're deliberate about what an AI agent should and shouldn't be trusted with. An agent that can take a booking can also cancel one, so every action that touches a customer's record is confirmed before it runs — a rule enforced in the code itself rather than left to a model's discretion.
